Greetings wingers, I have been riding my 03 wing now for almost 20 years and liked it so much I purchased a second wing (2010) with a tilting motor works conversion as the concept of a three wheeler at 70 + years seemed the appropriate move. However , I discovered that this combination tilt front end with self righting ability is both heavy and stiff. At highway speeds its good but needs constant correction. at slow speeds (Parking lots, idling traffic under 5 mph) you must now drive it like a snowmobile when turning.
I am considering removing the self righting feature to see if it limbers up and tracks better( yes the front alignment is correct, checked it multiple times). So my question is....... does anyone else have experience with the TMW system without the self righting feature and what did you think ?
